Digital Resources

The Ohio Digital Library (formerly the Ohio eBook Project) is a statewide consortium of libraries that jointly provide free downloadable eBooks, audiobooks, and magazines to library customers.

Sabina Library patrons can request a free account to the Ohio Digital Library.  It only takes our librarians a few minutes to create your account which can then be used the same day to download digital materials to your computer, ipad or e-reader.

Depending on the device you are using as your reader, you will need to download the free LIBBY app

Read the blog post “Newspaper Archive Database” for directions on how to use the online newspaper database with your library account.

On 12/29/23 the library was made aware of a problem with our Newspaper Archive link for those trying to access the newspaper database remotely (from home).  We have submitted a support ticket to technicians at World Archives and are waiting for a response.
