The Lightner House, located at 146 N. Howard St., is owned by the Sabina Public Library and available for the community to rent for family events. The house includes a kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and sink. There are also four rooms available for entertainment on the lower floor in addition to a bathroom that can be used for events. Tables and chairs are available. The second floor of the house is not available for public use. Please note that the house is not air conditioned, so it can get rather warm during the summer months. Some fans are available for use.
Weekend rentals (Friday-Sunday) are $150 with $50 being returned on the next business day if things are cleaned and left in the condition found. A single weekday rental (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) is $100 with $25 being returned on the next business day.
